and Operations (ESO) provides IT infrastructure support for business systems
that service the university community. ESO architects, acquires, develops and
implements an infrastructure that is state-of-the industry based on a philosophy
of excellence in architecture and excellence in service. Infrastructure
decisions are based on solid architectural designs that are developed across all
divisions of Enterprise Systems and Services (ESS). This is achieved by
mentoring and training our staff in leadership and management, technical
excellence, and strong communication and interpersonal skills
